RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

 

  • Purchases made from 11/27/20 to 12/24/20 can be returned until 1/24/21. Any order placed before 11/1/20 can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!
  • Makani Clothing Co. is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
  • We currently do not generate return labels for shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.

EXCHANGES & PRICE MATCHING

 

  • We do not offer exchanges or price-matching at this time. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order for your new items.

HOW TO RETURN, PROCESSING & REFUNDS

Get Your Return Ready

  • It’s easy! Please do not combine multiple returns into one package and -in contrast- do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days in our internal processing procedure. We strongly advise packaging that can contain all the items you wish to return. Processing & Refunds

  • Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued!
  • We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving your return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
